1. These terms
These terms and conditions apply to any booking enquiry or stay at Casa Velha, a privately owned villa near Alfeição, in the municipality of Loulé, Algarve, Portugal (Alojamento Local registration 168265/AL). By submitting an enquiry or confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Availability is not instantly bookable through this website. Submitting the contact form is an enquiry only; a booking is confirmed once the property owner or manager has responded directly and payment terms have been agreed.
3. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 4:00 PM. A late check-in after 9:00 PM may carry a fee.
- Check-out: by 10:00–11:00 AM (exact time to be reconfirmed with the client).
- Minimum check-in age: 18.
4. House rules
- No pets.
- No youth groups.
- On-site parties or group events are not permitted.
- A high chair is available on request for a fee of around €30 per stay.
5. Payment, deposit and cancellation
Payment schedule, security deposit amount and cancellation policy: to be confirmed with the client before this page is published.
6. Minimum stay

7. Guest responsibility and damages
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay and are expected to report any damage promptly. Exact damage deposit terms: to be confirmed with the client.
